Mental health includes our emotional, psychological, and social well-being. It affects how we think, feel, and act. It also helps determine how we handle stress, relate to others, and make choices.

My goal is to help people gain a deeper understanding and sense of self to relate to others and society in more productive and satisfying ways.

I provide Individual and Group Psychotherapy, and Forensic Assessments.

 


I have provided services to people needing professional mental health and addiction services in Carroll County Maryland for over 30 years.

I have worked in psychiatric hospitals, Outpatient Community Mental Health agencies, Detention Centers, Prisons and Private Practice.
